Cancellation rates and refund conditions
Important Information
You can withdraw from your booking at any time before travel. Dabuka Travel may claim reasonable compensation based on the timing of your withdrawal. You may prove that lower or no damages occurred. Non-use of individual services does not exempt you from full payment.
A. Package Tours
The following cancellation rates apply to standard package tours:

| Up to 6 days before departure | 70% of travel price |
| From 5 days before departure or no-show | 95% of travel price |
B. Scheduled Flights, Intercontinental Flights, Trans-Pacific Flights, and Domestic Flights
The applicable cancellation conditions depend on the airline and fare chosen. These conditions will be communicated to you before booking the selected flight fare.
Please note that many airline tickets are non-refundable or have specific change fees. Contact us for details about your specific flight booking.
C. Other Travel Services
The following travel services are not subject to the standard package tour cancellation rates:

The amount of compensation for these services is determined according to legal regulations, taking into account the value of the expenses saved by Dabuka Travel and what Dabuka Travel earns by using the travel service elsewhere.

These special terms apply to all bookings for the Sun Eclipse 2027 tours in Egypt due to the unique nature and high demand of this celestial event.
Additional Information
Rebooking
Rebooking is possible up to 30 days before travel, subject to availability, for a fee of €50 plus any additional costs. Certain travel services, such as flights, cruises, and tickets, may be excluded from rebooking.
Replacement Person
You can request that a third party takes your place on the trip. Dabuka Travel may charge a processing fee of €50 for this service.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellation. Insurance is not included in our travel packages. Any travel insurance offered is a brokerage service, and contracts exist solely between you and the insurer.
